On September 7th, 1940, the newly constructed Kirkwood Public Library was dedicated. Located at 140 East Jefferson Ave, this has been the library’s home ever since. Since then, the building has undergone several additions and renovations. This 4-page pamphlet outlined the agenda for the dedication event. One thousand people attended the dedication.
