Join us for a hands-on, interactive cooking class for teens! Learn food safety, basic cooking skills, and healthy eating tips during a 30-minute nutrition lesson, followed by creating a healthy recipe. Class will be led by a trained nutrition and health specialist with the University of Missouri Extension.
