Difficult conversations are often the ones that matter most. This session explores 13 guiding principles to help you approach challenging discussions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Learn how to ground your conversations in purpose, choose your emotions wisely, and open dialogue with an inquiry mindset. Through practical strategies—like focusing on facts, maintaining consistency, and preserving relationships—you’ll gain the tools to communicate honestly while fostering trust and understanding. Presented by Mike Bynum.
