Join us for a free program to prepare new drivers for the road ahead! Offered by Carol Hoormann, a Health Educator with First Impact, MO this program will teach parents about the Missouri Graduated Driver’s License (GDL) law and provide them with the tools they need to monitor, coach, and support their new teen driver.
