This new page requires sign in with your library card and will only display to patrons who match our eligibility requirements as indicated on your library account.
Follow the steps below to access and complete the form.
1. Click the registration button below. You will be directed to an error page on the library’s online catalog.

2. Click Sign In and enter your library card number and PIN.
If you are not granted access to the page but believe that you should be, please contact the IT dept at (314) 821-5770, option 5 to verify that your library account is accurate.
* Library taxing districts do not always match those of schools or confine to city boundaries. Therefore it is possible you live in an area around Kirkwood or another MLC library but your library taxing district may belong to the county library.
